Founder & CEO

      Jordan Sakni is the Founder and CEO of Simba Property Group. Jordan oversees all aspects of Simba's real estate development from conception to completion.  He is responsible for sourcing and structuring new acquisitions and joint ventures, while also leading the day to day activities, along with managing capitalization, entitlements, design, construction and sale & leasing of the properties.

      Before founding Simba Property Group, Jordan was the Acting Chief Economist of the New York State Department of Financial Services. Prior to his role as Acting Chief Economist, Jordan was the Deputy Chief Economist of the Department's Real Estate Finance Division.  Jordan Received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Emory University and his Master's degree in Real Estate Development from NYU.
